Return fuel line inside petrol tank

hey guys, got the tank out of the vn and ive found out that my return fuel line to my swirl pot has snapped. i cant get my hands through the hole for the fuel pump, so how do i fix it? any methods?

Get someone with a small hand to reconnect it..Ive got my teenage son to reconnect them before..
