VN - VS Parts

I have a stock VN Executive that I need to replace the DFI module & Coilpack on. I can get a VS at the moment for nothing for parts before it goes off to the wreckers.

Can I use the DFI & coilpack from he VS in the VN?

Also, what other parts can I take out & put in the VN without any major hassles?

DFI and coilpack are interchangable, lots of parts are. Seats, consoles, trims, diffs, fuel tank, gearboxes etc. I could go on for ever so ask what part you need to swap and will be able to tell you if it fits or not.

Mad, thanks heaps. This is the first car I've done anything to so don't know alot, learning as I go. As I go through the VN I will find new things I need to replace.

Is there anything I should definately look at changing over? Issues with stock VN parts that are better in the VS?

Yeah like the DFI and coilpacks I would get the rubber mat in the console under the radio if the VS has it, they are heaps handy rather then letting your crap slide around in there.

Got anythng like pwr windows or climate, map lights? Just look at it and think, my car dosent have that?

anyone no where i can get a sump bolt for a VP? and how much itl set me back approx?

go to the wreckers or go to repco or some kind of shop like them but wrecker probley only charge you a couple of bucks
