bleeding v8 radiator

can any one help please just fitted new radiator to my vg ute with the vs v8 engine put new thermostat in filled up with the red stuff this time bleed system went and did 3 dump runs in it and temp didnt go over the qauter mark went to work next day and temp went over half way and guessed the thermo opened up and temp dropped back to qauter seems to do this on way to work and back now and all my hoses seem to be preasureised and really hard even the heater hose is swelling to near twice the and getting a small leak there when it does this and at the thermo housing can any one help with this thanks

start by taking the thermostat out, bolt it all back up and fill it up while the car is running. Drive around and see if she still over heats. If it does then its another issue.
