vp gaurds on vq statesman

well as the title says i want to put vp gaurds on my vq for something diffrent i was wondering if the vp indercators are the same height as the vn ones told the gaurds should bolt straight up but no one can tell me about the lights.

Have a shot, Guards & indicators are both cheap, I seen it done before, Looked strange.

the bar slider brackets on the car will line up the same with vn and vp but the 10mm bolts that go through them (bolt guard down beneath the bar) are in different locations. youll have to drill new holes and maybe weld a nut behind it, or just use a nut and lock washers. you can drill one hole to line up with the the original one on the bracket, the other one straight trough with a new nut on the back... you can formulate your own solution when you get the guard lined up but thought id mention it anyway... and id say the indicators would be the same hight just for the fact that a vp guard is a vn guard with a wider indicator mouth cut into it. also are you going to weld up the side flashers? or wire up the flashers?
