I am looking at selling my VN soon but I have no idea how much it is worth. I was hoping some of you out there might have an idea how much it could sell for. Its a 1989 VN Calais 3.8L v6 Auto. Its done about 230,000km and its running well. Its had quite a few mods added. External mods include hood scoop, hood vents, 18" rims and neons in the hood, grill and under body. Internal mods include various gauges, custom steering wheel, tv, good audio system etc.
Any ideas you guys could give me would be much appreciated.

As a stock VN Calais maybe $1500 - with it tricked up a little any where from $800 to $2000 depending on the buyer.

most of those mods devalue the car sorry to say but that bonnet is horremdous. But im sure theres someone out there with bad taste that'd buy it i think $2000 is around the most you can expect

Being a manual would have helped. They're pretty thin on the ground it seems nowadays...
I picked up my VN 5 litre for $1700 with no rego early this year, my VP v6 with a months rego for $600 3+ years ago(and it's still goin) and my VS v6 for $3000 with 8 months rego and under 100 000k's 2+ years ago.
If you advertise it, promote the good points ie: rego, service history, tyres (if they're good) etc...
But honestly, I wouldn't pay more than 1500 for it with rego, despite the "mods".
I know its different in every state, but in victoria If it has Rego and a RWC it adds a bit of value so I would say up to $2500 if its mechanically good
yeah, well mechanically its going great, tyres are still really good and its registered through till next january. I spose i should have started with those points before the other stuff...
Dont show the bonnet soop in your add if its rwc or what ever it is in WA put 3 grand on it that'll get the woodys in.
