    Default installing a 5 inch n a manual vn commo

    any idea on how to install it

    wat wires to connect where etc???

    any hlp is muchly appreciated

    You can wire the power wires to cigarette lighter wiring & the tacho signal to the brown wire taped to the loom near the passenger side strut tower.

    the only wire i can find thats coming out of the loom goes to the ac ????

    Go to the wreckers find a level 2 dash with a tacho. Swap it out and your golden.

    i dont get the point of 5 inch tachos, unless your car can use 3 quarters of the gauge its stupid. especially when redline for a VN is 5500, and they look rediculous.

    Just sayin, i would get a level 3 dash and wack that in. I just sold one for $30 so u can get them cheap

    Level 2 has a tacho and is a bolt in and away you go affair. Level 3 requires customising.

    whys there another 5inch tacho thread i allready replyed to the othere thread and told you a way to do it. do a search.
