    Yes .... but you may break the the motor if you bounce it of the limiter too long.

    What does a burnout memcal do? It it just higher rev limiter or something?

    Burnout memcals are the biggest waste of money. All they usually do is chew up more fuel (the thinking being run it rich for more power) and an increased or even removed rev limiter. Much better grabbing a tuned memcal from site sponsor Mace Engineering or something.

    i ran my stage 3 memcal in my VP before i sold the car it ran smoother, accelerated just that bit better, but downside was the fuel usage, not overly extreme but noticable, saying that though it was the least of my concerns... timing from memory was as well advanced and the rev limiter diasbled so care needs to be taken...the old saying 'you pays yo money you takes yo chances'...
