more information required.... define sway?.....

1. Can you see any wear on tyres, e.g. worn inside edge of tyres? low tyre pressure?
2. Have you had your front rims balanced? if one is slightly out, it will cause it to pull to one side.

now if your talking about the car sways like a boat around corners, your car will probably be live axel, then the rear end has a "PANHARD ROD" which stops the rear end twisting and shaking, a quick check is to try and push the car left to right from around the wheel arch, if it moves quite a bit, then that will add to your swaying problems.

the other things to check are shock absorbers, fautly or dead ones will cause the car to sway more as each bump will be amplified .... "pedders" do a $15 check for shock absorbers.....
