Lower Ball Joint VP

Can you buy a ball joint for the lower front arm or do I have to buy a new arm complete????????

yeah you can by the joint, but it has to be pressed in im pretty sure

i did mine, used an oxy to heat it up and hit it out with a hammer, i put the new balljoint in the freezer for a day (helps make it contract a touch) i popped it in a bit and used a jack to jack it up into the control arm using the weight of the car to force it in. would have been easier to take off the control arm and press it in but the press at work had a snapped cable and was deemed unsafe to use even tho it was only to wind the bottom bit up and down.
