just wanted to ask a few questions about changing the oil on my vp, long story short i was lazy so took it to get serviced but realised i could save some $ so save me some flaming if these questions are stupidi have read the how to on oil change and have got the oil i need sorted but
what oil filter should i use, should i get a new sup plug washer everytime, and last of all where exactly can i refill the oil?

19mm spanner for the plug, you dont have to change the washer every time but probly a good idea. oil filter strap may help geting the filter of and v6 takes a z154 and the v8
has a Z160. (ryco part numbers)

yer mate rocket cover cap it will go down the hole slow watch it dont overflow
when u filled it run the motor for a short while (like 20 seconds) then switch off then check your dipstick.

yep, thats the proper way to do it, i guess these guys at ultra tune dont have time to wait a few minutes.
well, by the book, you let the car warm up and check the oil hot, after the car is switched off and sitting for a few minutes.
Follow the book, give it time to drain back to the sump and yes check it on level ground
