hey
just got under my car 2day and noticed that my drivers side boot is twisted!does this matter?? reason i was under there was cus my steering has been pulling to the right a little, i have had a wheel alignment a few weeks ago and that did help either :b: any advice would be appreciated
Cheers
the rubber boot it self "shouldnt" be a problem for your steering, Fix it up though it stops crud getting into the joint.
when does it pull to the right? all the time or under braking?
it pulls to the right when driving and braking, its not that bad just a pain!
is it hard to replace the boot and where would i get one??
cheers
any where like bursons, repco, supercheap.
not hard to change just a matter of taking the tierod end off
have to get another wheel alignment though
Tierod ends are an easy job... but yeah, like bitch said, gotta have another wheel alignment. mm's count.
