When coolant gets mixed with engine oil it turns into that white slimey stuff you see on the dipstick,it may also be under the oil filler cap if you look. These V6 engines are well known for getting leaks in the inlet manifold gaskets once they get around 150,000 k's or more on the clock.Luckily these gaskets are easy to replace. They mostly seem to slowly start to leak at first, and the engine will still seem to run normally for a fair while before they start to get worse and ultimately, completely blow,so when they are at the first stages of leaking,it can be just enough of a leak to get some slime ,but not a real lot, then as time goes on,this white slime will slowly build up and increase more and more until its heaps noticable on the dipstick and under the oil filler cap,and the coolant levels will need topping up heaps more often. You can confirm the inlet manifold gaskets are leaking/blown by getting the cooling system pressure tested at a mechanics. Its also probably a good idea to get the engine compression tested and the hot and cold oil pressures tested as well, this will give you a good idea of the overall condition of the engine. These tests are fairly cheap to get done.

Either what he said or you have blown a head gasket.. Id head strait to an Auto shop and ask for a bottle of "Chemi-weld" and throw that in the radiator..It will clog up the leak and you can replace your oil...

how far do you drive the car? I have read and chatted to many people on bike forums about this.. it mainly happens on short drives cos the motor does not get hot enough to burn it off.. Take it for a drive on the hwy for a bit and then check again..

PCV system could be blocked too. Normally, moisture from combustion gets past rings in to sump, PCV sucks it out.
