well it'll bolt straight in, even onto your automatic I'm pretty sure. Don't even need different K frame or engine mounts.

There are quite a few guys who have done it, it's a very straightforward swap with huge potential. I almost did it, then decided I should go turbo instead, but I realised I wouldn't personally be happy with the sound of a V6 no matter how fast it was

Just buy a wreck or a front cut of a super6 equipped car if you can, otherwise it shouldn't be too tricky to find the parts you'll require.

At a guess, engine, engine harness and computer would get you started.. sign up on L67torque.com for more information on the swap - apparently there's a fair bit of info on there

Easy to put in, relatively cheap horsepower-per-dollar modifications available, and a nice little engine that isn't too bad on fuel

Have a good think about it and read HEAPS. Like seriously read as much as you can about the conversion, work out how much of the work you could do yourself, find out how much it has cost people to do both at home and in shops, and work out your budget. This is the ONLY way to start a project and not end up selling it due to loss of interest.
