its probably the actuator solenoid thing thats stuffed or a bad/loose wire in the door.

When you get the trim off, have a look at the little yellow plastic piece that turns when the central looking is activated, with mine the yellow piece was broken. Witch means the motor pushing it is doing nothing. A small cable tie around the motors "ram" (for lack of a better word) onto the yellow plastic thingo and PRESTO! central locking fixed! that is if its the same problem I had HAHA.
When you get the trim off it will all make sense.
    Good Luck

The winder is held on by a c-clip. Try and prise it away a little, and look behind it with a torch. Find the back of the clip, and push it away and out.

It'll go flying - catch it.

The orange tab on the door lock button can be removed with a small screwdriver on the side, levering out. Prepare to break it if you havn't done many before.

I found the best way to get the C-clip out is to get your shirt between the winder and the door, then move (your shirt) left to right while pulling down. Like Morton said it will ping off quickly.
