Default VP Wagon Water Leaking into car on pasenger side front and rear

Hi all I have a VP wagon with that beautiful soggy wet carpet smell and have decided today is the day.
I have just lifted the back seat to find the dampest spot in this area is right beside the seatbelt fixing... I then lifted the cover strip on the bottom of the front and rear door and the pass front kicker and the computer. The underlay of the carpet is wet from the rear seat belt fixing all the the along caulked seam to the front passenger footwell under the computer.
The dampest spots seem to be
    1 Under the computer
2 Under the front passenger lower seat belt fixing
3 Right beside the rear passenger lower seat belt fixing

Were the VP's poorly caulked along the joins?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Just thinking about setting up the hose atop the car and waiting....
    cheers rileyp
Just ran the hose setup atop the roof and running across both passenger side doors.\
Found a dripping leak above rear seat from top of rear door and another slow pooling leak from where the door seal is plastic/rubber welded together at the bootom of the door.
Will putting silicon or the like under the seal fix this ?
The seal appears in good condition.

there is a hose and hole under the heater core in the middle of the dash. Yours is probably clogged

Thanks I'll check that as well . Is it hard to remove and install? I've rebuilt engines so I'm up for it ...just want some idea of access etc ...
Edit... Just stuck my hand under the carpet up to the hose location and the carpet is dry in that area on both sides of the tunnel.
It looks much more like the body of the heater has a ~30mm projection that actually goes through the floor. I remember on the vh had a shitty little ~13mm rubber tube with 2 elbows in it that were prone to blocking IIRC.
    cheers rileyp
On another note If I were to remove the 2 front seat will the whole carpet come out or will it be stuck around the firewall in places... Its quite cold in Mel atm and it will take forever to dry out unless I get brutal...

Bah just had the thought then ..I'd have to remove console and front seat belt catches and possibly heater............ewwwwwwwwwwww I suppose going and having a good look is the go....
    back soon...........

Heater can stay just seat belts console and seats and kick panel door kick strips and the footrest in the drivers footwell.

Hmm do I or don't I car not required for a few weeks... would be nice to ripout carpet get dry and do some testing with hose etc to make sure its 100% and then reinstall carpet and keep car undercover...
