remove alloy wheels

hi have a vn cant get rear wheels tried taking wheel nuts off and lowering to ground
used penetrene every day for last 5 days used sledgehammer on tire nothin!

get a long breaker bar and nice socket and it should be good to go.. MIght be a stupid question but your going the right way to loosen them?

Wheels or wheel nuts?

The hubs rust and get bigger. Need to just work your way around whacking the edge of the rim with your palm.

If whacking it or a long bar doesnt work,you could try putting the car jack up in behind the wheel and a solid part of the body,you might be able to push it off that way.

EDIT,Take no notice of this answer mate if its the wheel nuts that are stuck,I didnt read your post properly,and I just thought it was the actual wheel stuck on the hub,not the wheel nuts.

I would say that if the nuts are really that tight I would go and buy some new nuts and studs,because you will be replacing them when you eventually break the ones you are trying to get off.
