Ive done a conversion of a VP Calais V6 engine and transmission into a VP Vacationer Wagon. The wagon tailshaft is longer than sedan for auto. Not sure about manual. You might get away with getting the wagon one shortened/lengthened by a tailshaft specialist. Prob wouldn't be that expensive. Get new uni's while you're at it.
Front K-frame is different between V6 and V8. My donor VP Calais had a different transmission mount to the wagon as well
