Best spark plugs and leads for 5litre vn Calais

Hi just wondering what's everyones opinion on what the best spark plugs and leads are for the 5litre vn calais I'll take all the advice I can get Thanks!!

Leads are leads are leads. Plugs are a different matter. I don't really care for Bosch plugs, NGK or Champion IMO are OK. Unless it's a really high performance engine then you don't need to buy $200 plugs and $5000 leads like some people may recommend.
