My VP failed rego for horn not working, and this is because the boss kit Im using for my MOMO munches cables...
My question to you is, where did you mount a horn button that isnt in the middle of the horn??
Thanks in advance

does it munch cables because the wire is too tight? i have enver had troubles with the wires when they are mounted properly
hold an air horn out the window while you hit the horn button on the steering wheel, works every time for me!
but for real your instinct is to always go for the horn button on the steering wheel, if anything id even try to wire one up on NOZZZ buttons on the steering spokes or something like that. if not then just wire one up close by on the apex of the dash somewhere (where you dont have to reach)...
dont sweat the petty... pet the sweaty...
^^ Jack ill just pop rivit one of those horns on your door!!
Tell me about the force of habit thing, i stabbed a hole through my hand when i had the horn pad off once.
btw, hoen button in the VB is above the radio. Dont know if its legal cause im not stupid and go dont go to places that will check!![]()

Not sure.. ive wired it up about 5 times now and every time it munches it and grounds out on the boss kit (when you turn)
NOS button is too wank spec for me..
Im used to not horn now.. haha..
I had a thought (which means Mischa will be wiring it up for me).. cause my dimmer switch doesnt work (LED conversion) I could modify that switch so it doesnt stay locked on and wire the horn to there?
Horn button on wheel MUST work...

Hmm.. My inspector said aslong as there is a button in the car that the driver can get to, its fine...
There was some old Triton I helped do a rego on when I was on work placement and it had a red button on the dash for the horn, looked factory..
wire it to a stalk..?
There is no such thing as stupid questions, Only stupid people.
The horn button in our work car was broken so we mounted a push button off the cup holder. This passed the rego check.
Get a chain on the roof lining and it would be like a BIG RIG!
I'd just bite the bullet and buy a new boss kit as it sounds like something isn't right with it?
