Gday, I have a lowered Vn, and need to know what brand/type are the softest shocks I can buy?
I have a very bad back, and after lowering it, the ride kills me.
Cheers.
They are all going to be pretty rough on the back mate, sure some will be better but......
Maybe think about getting it back to stock height. And if you have low profile tyres, change them to something with some higher walls.
Shoot GSLRallySport a PM, Greg there may have something for you.

Its unfortunate they don't make an oil shock to suit. Most people with these cars want the shocks harder... Just wondering if you could basterdise something. I'm guessing the answer is no. Buy a Citroen C6? :P
Origional ride height is a good suggestion.
The roughness of the ride comes from your travel, and the distance over which your shock absorbers are able to dampen the impact and rebound of each stroke. With shorter springs, you have less travel distance for each impact, and as such putting a soggy shock absorber in there will only see you smashing into your bump stops![]()
