i am pretty sure thats illegal...at least if you intend on selling the car, plus why the F*** would you wanna do that......im pretty sure sure it cant be done unless its through tech 2, and i am also sure there is a time frame for a new dash to be reset to a certain km's..........dodgy

Yeah its still illegal. The car isn't zero kilometres, unless you have replaced every single nut, bolt, panel, screw, etc, than the car isn't zero kilometres.

And if you aren't going to sell it, than why do you want to reset the odometer? You know what parts have done what mileage, so why would it matter?

and whos to say you dont wind back other odomoeters for people as well....not accusing you but it all seems very dodgy
BUT...if your on the level and if you have fully rebuilt the car then why dont you just buy a new or low km dash?...that way if you do sell the car in the future you can show them the orginal dash as well as the new one
