where are you finding the water? I don't know if it helps, but i noticed on my own vp that there is a tiny bit of light shining through the bottom front corner of the front doors. Perhaps it's the same scenario with your car?

Im finding water drips down the drivers side kick panel,
boot release lever then onto carpet and floor. Ive taken
rain channel off the roof cleaned car and underside of the channel
then replaced it, thinking water was running from highest point to lowest.
Just starting to worry me as it seems to be leaking somewhere near the
electrics, And i dont wanna fry my car as i need it for work and to get my kids
    around.

to be honest, there isn't much you can do, besides either taking the Italian route, or the normal route. Italian route is to lift the rubber seals around the car and silicone underneath, or the normal route; replace the rubber seals altogether. If that doesn't fix it, you May have a rust hole somewhere. Check the wheel tubs near the mudflap area too. Look behind it. If you can. Dan.
