VP's generally need 35p offset when I was running my VT Clubsport wheels 17x8 235/45R17 and 48p offset, I used and 8mm spacer and there was no issue's with rubbing so 40p wheels should fit fine with 235 tyres

From what i got from a tyre place, the offset is that of the BWM wheels, so $$$ for the correct aftermarket wheel. If I am incorrect please someone tell me what can replace them. I run 235/35/R19 VY GTS and its not a good idea .

you'd need spacers on your GTS rims yeah? they'd rub on the inside of the gaurd.

BMW's run 35p offset or 28p I believe it's easier to walk into a tyre shop and ask for 35p wheels then BMW as they can be different in offset, stud pattern and tyre profile.

35P commodore wheels to suit VP. Thats all you need to know
