    Default wheels

    i just wanted to know if i could fit kingswood stud pattern wheels onto a commodore? i know commodore is 120 and kingswood is 120.6 but just want other people thoughts and if anyone has done it and what has happened?

    It does work.

    BUT.

    Mags from kingswood on VR looked like DRAG spec mags..and was illegal.
    Mags from VR on the kingswood looked like puny pushed back things...

    the stud patterns are pretty much the same.. though my brother advised me to not put 'stockies' on the kingswood as he did it and he couldnt get them off..

    the studs may be very close but the offset is too different. just get some cheap commo mags I got a set of VT SS wheels for $300 off ebay couple of weeks back. better to be safe rather than with snapped wheel studs or causing yourself a crash.

    Don't play around with different PCDs. When you tighten up the wheel nuts, you'll pull the wheel studs to the side, and they'll fracture over time. Wheels fall off and overtake you, and it all ends badly.

    im only askin as i have some multi stud pattern centreline wheels with slicks and i need wheels like these for the strip

    you will put side loading on your studs and risk snapping them .65 difference in pcd dosent seem much but its enough to cause headaches, not worth the risk
