HELP with 91 VN s2

The Car is a 1991 s2 VN It has a problem starting when it has warmed up it takes a long time to start and when it starts we get a cloud of black smoke and it is going through a lot of fuel We have changed

1 Coolant temp sensor
2 oxygen Sensor
3 ECU
4 Knock sensor
5 fuel filter

we don't think it will be the cam or crank sensor so Any help would be great.

Check the Cas and harmonic balancer - it can chew into the CAS nas mash it up.

Always change the CAS, even if it's probably not at fault :-) because it usually is.
