can a stuffed exhaust gasket do any damage to anything ??

depends how stuffed,if its getting metal on metal and it heats up it can be dangerous,also it could potentially unseal and let out gasses through other parts and the last thing you need is exhaust gasses seeping into the car while driving,get it fixed asap as it can only get worse
