    Default no spark questions

    yesterday went for a drive in my vp ss and soon as i hit 80 to 100 km the car started shorting and wouldnt go past a hundred did it about 3 times and then it died and wouldnt start again check the spark and there was none coming from the coil so replaced it and there was still no spark what could be stoping it from getting spark and also replaced the ignition module recently and it not the imboliser tried that aswell

    check the loom to the coil pack some wiring could be cracked and shorting out

    Possible Crank Angle Sensor, they're a common fault on the V6 motors

    ignition module check the connection and the underside of the module see if it's brown or black common fault for them to over heat and just give up

    Yeah, in that case either the Ignition Module or the Hall Effect Sensor in the Distributor

    Yeah, in that case, probably the Hall Effect Sensor in the Distributor Check the plugs, then remove the cap and check for broken pieces under the rotor button.
