Vp V8 motor into VR V6 Ute?

I'm just wondering if my VP V8 (sedan) with all the K frame and struts fit straight swap into a VR V6 ute?

I don't think ur aloud to because ur going backwards in age might want to look into that I'm not really sure

Don't see it being a problem as the V8 was unchanged up until the VP so all the emissions regs etc will be the same.

Yes it will, pretty easy job too, just time consuming....

Perfectly legal for a VS to sport a VN engine also. (just as reference)

Bit of a thread dig, but no, it won't fit straight in. The struts and lower control arms are different. The K frame is the same though.
