remove vn front bumper

this weekend i am painting my bumpers, grille and boot garnish i figured out how to remove my rear bumper but have no clue how to take off the front and i cant find a tread on a how to so could any 1 help (peferably with pic) or put up a link 2 a how to thread... cheers

take off the grill, both head lights and indicators. on the back side of the bumper is 4 bolts unbolt them and its off.

Or, remove the top screws on the grille, under the car you will see two brackets, one each side that go on to the chassis rails, loosen the rear bolt and remove the front bolt and it will slide out.
