vp digital dash problems

hey all im new i was just wondering if anyone knows much about the digital readouts on the bottom of the speedo clusters? my car is a hsv enhanced vp berlina,not sure if the dash is the same as the original?anyway when i first picked the car up it only sorta worked now i have no read out at all and when my car is full of fuel the fuel gauge only reads half even with a typical dash thump which gets the temp gauge working fine

hey mate.. my dash stopped working like that a while back, I just unplugged it and pulled it out of the dash, cleaned the plugs / terminals and put it back and it worked fine.. I'd try that first if you already haven't?

2 things that it could be - Voltage regulator or broken mount tabs inside the trip computer.

The sender may have been installed incorrectly in the tank for the 1/2 tank error - but fix the V. regulator first.

going to try giving the dash a clean today with some contact/circuit board cleaner see if that works,and thought the gauge sender might have been mounted wrong but pulling the pump out involves taking plastic bash plates etc off big job lol
