After Market Cruise Control?

Hey guys. i just rectenly got a BT1 VN Commodore as my first car, and i have been working on it for the last week, and on sunday i removed the crusie control from, im pretty sure it was a after market one, What kinda things can happen when you remove them?

there should be some sort of trigger or switch attached to the break pedal assembly, at least thats how the factory ones disengage the cruise when its active. as long as you dis connect its power source and make sure you dont have any live open wires you should be all good. did it still work? looks like a cheap chinese one...

Nah, it stopped working a few years back, dunno why. but i still got it,
