Intake manifold gasket

Hey, I need to replace my intake manifold gasket on my vn v6, Im just wondering what is the best brand to use and is there any metal ones available? There isnt much on the net about this.

I just used a Permaseal kit that I got from Bursons. Just as good as the Holden ones but a shit ton cheaper. You could maybe get a metal one but I don't know where from, and I think it's unnecessary unless you have a specific need for one. I'd also be worried about getting it to seal properly.
