No Air From Air Vents

Hi Everyone,

I have a problem with my 1991 VN Berlina in that there's no air coming through the air vents on the left, right or centre vents. The fan works ok but blows air only at feet level. Any ideas on what might be wrong? Thanks.

check the vac pipe from the engine to the T piece and the vac res under the front behind the bumper (round black thing) if all looks good check the lines to the back of the control
