i have a vn s1 and it jerks and cough at like 3,000 and i have changed fuel filter plugs leds injecters and im thinking of changing the crank angle serson would it be worth to ? and idles at 1,000 and some time when it idles it blows smoke ?
what color smoke? black, blueish grey or white?
also perhaps pay attention to what people have replied with in your original thread regarding most of this:
holden vn
you should be able to find a gregory's service manual on ebay for $30-$40, maybe at the library, a friend, burson's/autobarn/supercheap, 2nd hand book store
what coil packs are on it, square or round shape? if you can get your hands on another set of coil packs and module try fitting that and see if it helps, if that doesn't help next try replacing the the cas, if that doesn't fix it maybe replace the fuel pump.

Have you done a code check?

Yes I know, if you get anymore manly you are in danger of making yourself pregnant!
black it done lots of ks tho and how u do code check ?
SEARCH BAR! make use of!
..anyway basically you bridge pins 5&6(i think) on the aldl connector and turn the ignition on and record the flashes the engine light makes.
But of course this would make more sense if you SEARCHED and found the proper thread that details this procedure exactly.
black, so it's running rich. is your check engine light staying on when the motor is running or acting normally and switching off after the engine starts?
the sections to pay attention to in the following link are:
The VN Commodore ALDL Connector and Signals - so you can identify points A & B of the plug and put a paper clip across them.
&
Flashing Error Codes - will tell you how to read the error codes that may tell you what is wrong.
ALDL Information for the VN & VP Holden Commodore
as per your first thread, did you try running some higher quality fuel and injector cleaner thru it like i mentioned? it's probably the quickest and easiest to do and possibly rule out something up with your injectors, i have had a couple of cars in the past that would start running rough and shitty, miss & cough, be hard to start and this quick simple method has fixed them up without having to touch anything else on the car.

i only have standed fuel and it just come up when it runing shit and i got new injectors and where aldl
did you even look at the page linked?
there's a line in one of the sections that i pointed out in the last reply for you to read that says this:
"the ALDL connector is located ............... service personnel can reach it easily."
and below it is a pretty picture with all colors and letters showing you what the plug looks like.
maybe having a read of "ALDL Modes" could be useful as well
i recommend you take it to a mechanic as you'll probably short something wrong out and blow it up judging by your responses so far........
