    Default removing dash

looked at some of the threads of how to do this but none of them really say how to remove ur dash my dash has a grand canyon crack in it and i want to replace it while i can because there is a fairly good nick dash at the local wreakers and i dont want a calais dash just the same as whats in it so do i just pull out around the stereo and the side vents and cluster then go from there and is it hard to do just pull 1 out and put another in..

    help will be much appreciated

Never pulled a dash out but if it was me I would go to the wreckers and try it there before you ripped your own out..

VN dash out is a reasonable size job. The dash loom is pin'd to the crash pad and will need to be parted from it. It will take a few hours to do - and you will be happy you did - getting rid of the cracked crash pad.

Have a box for all the nuts and bolts

nar - nbo real method LOL - just start pullin stuff off the dash - conscole is a good place to start.

But as said above - go get the replacement first - see how it all comes apart. It's about 20 bolts, nuts and screws - maybe 30

is it a hard job to change the loom over or is it just tucked in between parts of the under side of the dash
