    Default cleaning interceptors

Just today pulled off the hubcaps to reveal Interceptors. (I think) Cleaned them up as best as I could, still some shite left on 'em though, just looking for some good advice as to how I can give them a really good clean without spending too much money on fancy products, please point me in the right direction if there's already a thread about this. Wanting to spray them black soon & hunt down some centre caps

Bit of degreaser or citruis cleaner would probably do well

Stockys 15x6. Interceptors 15x7. Appears some interceptors were also strengthened however I am not sure. Was standard on cop cars and some utes.

At work i use the armorkote from Go-Lo, spray it on, leave it for 5 mins and wipe it off. i was amazed at how well it works on brake dust. and it's only 4 bucks.

if they do have a different offset, it would be very minor to make up for the extra 1in width, also stockys are black and real interceptors come silver, unless they have been painted, i have a set of 15x7 interceptors that i powdercoated black so people dont believe me when i tell them theyre 15x7 till they see the tyres are 225 wide...
Going where no late model stato/caprice has gone before.... GAME ON!!

Stockies and interceptors run the same offset. The only difference I believe is the VP IRS which had a different offset I think. 205 tyres are just as good as 225 with less sidewall bulge and of course are cheaper.

Don't even bother cleaning them mate, in the time you spend elbow greasing those bad boys you could have them sanded back and painted in a gloss black....

The 225/60r15 is the original size for a 15x7 and they came with a bridgestone tyre.
What does look really good though if you can get the 16" ve interceptors and get them modified to fit they look sick.
