    Default vn s1 with new s2 radiator

    i have fitted a s2 radiator and removed the overflow bottle. now it goes all the way to hot. had a new thermostat last month. how can i fix it?

    It would of worked fine with the s2 tanks i had 1 with it.

    Have just done this modification.....you need to make up two T pieces......the first one needs to fit on your top radiator hose with so that you can connect a bleeder hose which connects to the small fitting on top of your manifold.....the other T pieces is to connect the hose that used to connect to the bottom of your expansion bottle back into the heater hose...(or you could just block it off).....I might have a go at taking a photo of my set up if you like

    just put a series 2 manifold on there fixed mine that way and cleans up the engine bay a heap
