hi guys,
I am currently stripping and rebuilding my 308 from a VP as it got damaged in the floods, and I'm chasing the repair manual for VN - VP.
I'm really only after the 'V8 Engine Maintenance & Rebuild' section.
I am lacking in money at the moment, otherwise I would buy for ease.
If anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated!!
thanks,
Jimmy
I paid $50 from ebay for the genuine Holden item which is the only one I would trust. Never seen a pdf version though.

First thing you need to learn is that it's a 304, not a 308.
eBay is prob your best bet..a motor builder might have the specs your looking for
anyone wanna scan or photo the pages for me?
pretty easy to do these days. should only be around 10 pages?
304 noted
You local Library should have one, and if you couldn't be rooted heading there then look online for a PDF. There has to be on eon here anyways, have you even searched these forums using the search bar?
thanks for the reply.
i have searched everything and everywhere. could only find vt-vx iso.
I only need the one section, if anyone knows or could help me out I would be stoked!!

Your rebuilding your engine and you cant afford a measily $50 for the manual?
How are you going to afford the machinig, pistons, seals etc?
Going to be hard to find a PDF version of a decked block you can download.
aZk.

+1.
Take your digital camera and a mate to the library with you.
Get him/her to hold the pages open while you photograph them one at a time.
Do it near a window so you don't have the flash going off all the time.
