Just put a vp cluster with a tacho into a VN berlina, everything seems to be working except for the right indicator light on the cluster does not show but it is working, it's not globes its apparently pin 10 is ment to be in 11 on the cluster loom... How do you get the pins out to move them?
Cheers
Im so noob. Plz help
You need to take the yellow locking tag out first and then press down at 90 deg to the wire from the top with a pointy scribe or similar. This allows the conector lug to come out of the plug.
Just in case - you will need to "pop" the plug forward out of the dash to get to the yellow locking tag. The tag keeps the wires in place and stops the lug taking all the pressure if some one tugs on the loom too hard.

Dont forget to move the 2 brown white wires over 1 slot also on connector 1 - this is the engine warning light and the other is brake warning I think.

Okay i managed to move around some of the wires on the cluster loom but for some reason my right indicator doesn't show up on the cluster but it's actually blinking outside the car...also when i pull my handbrake up, the right indicator picture comes on solid but doesnt flash as if its meant to be the park light, but my left indicator works fine.
Cheers for all your help.
If you have both clusters handy look at the numbers printed on the back of each and note the 3 or 4 differences. You will need to match the the VN pinout.
Other option is to fit the gauge set from the VP into your VN cluster. takes a little while but you poke the 7 holes needed and scratch off the green or blue coating and it will work fine. I've converted probably 30 clusters like this and never had an issue.
