No - you will need to reset the push rod hole a little to get the correct pedal setting and modify the booster braket for it to fit. Markovr on the forum makes up kits that botl up for not that much coin. Cheapest brake upgrade for every day driving.

I'm running VT booster and M/C's on both VN's - with standard rotors and pads.
