Its sitting on the pin but lines up the the bottom of the dash, so its sitting well below the 0 mark on the speedo.

Just like rambunctious said take the dash out again and take the needle back off then rest it back on at about 40k`s then just push it down to zero and push it back on not to hard as you might not get it right first go. A fork is a good way to lever it off gently.

First of I never removed the needle it was working fine. I just replaced the cog in the odometer and when i replaced the dash It was sitting below the 0. I have tried to fix it but it just falls below the 0 zero, does it need a little stopper or something or do i just buy a whole new dash cluster cheers.

Thanks everybody, I fixed it with a fork and repositioned it at 0 zero and it works
