Auto to 5 speed conversion V6

I'm just wondering what sort of price I'd be looking at for a 5 speed in good nick to go in my VG ute with a s1 engine.. And the amount of work involved in swapping them over?

plenty of info on here mate do a search on the conversion... it's fairly easy if you no a bit about cars,most parts can be picked up on eBay, you would still be looking at roughly $1200 for a full conversion id say.
bell housing,clutch,flywheel,pedal cluster,gear box,x-memeber,computer,manual loom? adds up so fast!!
