speedo doesnt work
dad drove my car the other day and relized the spedo doesnt work. it worked when i got, it then i got rid of the poverty spec vn cluster and put in a vp lvl 2 and my spedo doesnt work. everything elce does even the odometer just not the speed so i put the old pov spec back in and it still doenst work but it use to so im thinking its not the cluster. but what elce could it be, all my wiring is fine cause i checked it when i changed the dash. i also pulled the vp cluster fully apart and checked every thing but nothing looked bad??? its got me beat
think there different clusters. take them out and compare the back side to side. youll find the ribbons are labelled differently. if thats the case you might have to interchange 2 of the pin locations on the loom plugs. feel like im having deja vu cause i think 88greenvn was answering this question on a recent thread....

it use 2 work with the old cluster then i changed it, it doesnt work then put the stock 1 in and still doesnt work. i dont think its my cluster but its got me beat cause the odometer still works so i dont think its my speed sensor
