What the hell is this pipe called?

I'm pulling the dodgy gas system out of my VP, everything is out except the tank and the line running to it.

I've gotten everything working fine but there's one pipe they must of cut and re routed when they installed the gas system.

I've circled in green the the part of the pipe they left and had attached to the TB and blocked off. The other end (manifold) had a pipe going to the asperation ring manifild they had attached in between the TB and intake pipe.

I'd like to find a proper pipe for where my Frankenstein pipe runs to and from, I just don't know what it's called, I've googled everything I can think of.
I guess the mess of pipe, fittings and clamps I've got there will do for now but I'd rather have the proper fitting.

I might just go to a wreckers and see if I can find the pipe in an old VR, VP etc.





I'd also like to get my hands on a new/refurbished ECU as i'm constantly getting TPS code 22, the TPS has been replaced, I've checked the lines reset the ECU multiple times, checked the TB, cleaned the shit out of it, had my mechanic look at it, paid 80 bucks to have another reputable mechanic tell me there's nothing wrong with the engine the sensor or the lines running to the ECU. I've found one on ebay for $110, others for cheaper but they seem a bit dodgy. is there anywhere in Vic/Melb that would be a good bet to have a look?

That pipe is just a pcv hose. Nothing really that important and a common part.
