Vs gear box

Hey guys can any one tell me if I can replace a vn gear box with a vs both are 3.8 litre autos

there is probably a way to do it but it is far from a straight swap as the VS (and VR) are electronically controlled and the VN VP are vacuum controlled. I have a 3.8 VR motor in my VP but with a VP gearbox. That combination is no problem

The vs are eletronic and the vn is cable kickdown so no.
