    Default yellow sticker questions

Well i have finally been given a yellow for the most minor of things. Bubbled tint on the back window and for some strange reason the horn considering it was working yesterday. Alright easy fixes and thats all they could ping me for. Is there a claus where i could get the sticker removed by just taking it to a cop shop and show them its been done? or is it full inspection?
I was pulled up a month ago for a vehicle check , they laughed at the colour scheme of the car but said that doesnt matter and they found nothing and let me go (they didnt notice the tint because of the darkness). Considering the car is suppose to be dark blue, only 3 doors and the rear quarter panels are, everything else is in primer and the rear bumper is gold. Will that cause problems with pitting the car?

The colour won't affect the inspection. But it will be a full inspection, not just what was on the defect notice.

yes i hped not but figured like wise, have a check list to go by. the darn cop lives a few doors down, got the feeling he wants to make his presence known, not that i do anything illegal. pretty much have a buggered new engine mount, left hand rear electric window doesnt work, central locking mech is on its way out but thats it . unless they want to ping me for the 3 inch exhaust, fe2 springs, vt front brakes but the exhaust is quieter than my old 2.5 inch.

WA inspections are pretty easy compared to most other states. As long as everything works and the car is not too low or too loud you will be right.

Mate bought an ex miner 79 series from auction. Got all the rust cut out and had new metal welded in and fixed everything spent around 10 grand. The inspector attacked it with a arc welding chipping hammer, hitting it that hard he smashed holes through the wheel arch metal, then proceeded to attack the floor pans. You could see where he hit steel through the sound deadening yet jotted down that he couldnt see metal and hence it must be rusted out. That was at kelmscott. Pretty much depends who you get and on what day

Most of the places that do the inspections wouldn't know what has been upgraded from stock anyway, unless they know about the models they inspect.
