Vn bumper with holden embossed

Ive got a crappy vn that im getting rid of that has a stock bumper with holden embossed where the number plate would cover it. Is this normal on vn's? Or is it a showroom bumper or something?

It was off the first vn's, they stopped making them for some reason.
