Hey guys hoping someone can help out here, i've got a 92 VP Calais with climate control and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a wiring diagram or something because im only getting 10-9volts from where the top bulbs go on the PCB which doesn't appear to be enough to power the EL Lamp that I want to power.
