1000 CFM THROTTLE BODY

now im wondering about the manifold and standard throttle body sensors, the three wire TPS i have wired up and seems to be ok but im not a auto elec so can this be wired wrong and the car still run? cos wen it was not wired up the car would not start..

and the second 4 wire sensor.. wat do i do with that and wat is it for?

also the tuning , i havnt got that done yet how bad can it be for the engine..

can any body enlighten me on any thing i can do with this vehicle that will be at a very low if no cost at all lol
ive spent so much and now a baby on the way its no longer an option...
