    Post Removing stiff stock rears

Does anyone know of any helpful tips or methods Other than Spring Compressors? for removing stock rear springs from a VN wagon, their stiff as shit and I cannot for the life of me, pull them out by hand.

Unbolt your shocks and take your handbrake off they should come out pretty easy then.

Drop the lower control arms as well.
Have the car on axel stands, jack up from diff. Undo lower shock mount, control arms slowly let the jack down.

For future reference - put cut springs in, then they fall out on their own accord.
    enjoy
